A series of tools and trainings to assist Continuum of Care (CoCs) Homeless Assistance Programs in their efforts to collect and report on Point-in-Time (PIT) count and Housing Inventory Count (HIC) data. In addition to these resources, each year HUD publishes an official Notice to guide PIT count and HIC data collection efforts, as well as a training to review the guidance released.
